Rules

  1. Open and fund a Market Edge-linked account with at least $. Only accounts under the Market Edge partner code are eligible.
  2. Register with a public nickname. Your real name is never shown.
  3. Ranking = deposit-adjusted % return. Profit ÷ (starting balance + net deposits). Topping up gives you more room, but it never counts as gains.
  4. To qualify for a prize: trade at least lots on gold/commodities and trade on at least different days.
  5. Fresh Start: up to per Cup. Deposit a new $ and your entry resets to 0%. Only your latest entry ranks.
  6. Badge Bounty: the first trader to unlock every badge wins a separate cash prize. Badges are recorded automatically the moment you earn them. If two traders finish at the same time, the higher-ranked trader wins.
  7. Lucky Draw: when the Cup ends, one qualified trader is picked at random to win a cash prize. Every qualified trader has an equal chance, whatever their rank.
  8. Prize pool: a guaranteed base plus $ for every qualified entrant.
  9. Winners are confirmed against broker records within 5 business days of month end. Accounts showing abuse (hedging between accounts, exploiting latency) are disqualified.
