We never ask for your trading password, and we can't place trades or move money in your account.
What's shown publicly
The leaderboard is public. It shows your nickname, the last 4 digits of your account number, your return %, account equity, gold lots, trading days, tier and badges. Your real name, email and Telegram handle are never shown.
Why we use it
- To run the Cup: verify your account, calculate rankings, award badges and prizes, and stop cheating. We do this to carry out the competition you've entered.
- To contact you about your entry, results and prizes.
- To tell you about future Gold Cups and Market Edge services, if you've agreed to this. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep records we're legally required to keep, such as prize payments.
Who we share it with
- The Broker, to verify your account and trading figures.
- Our hosting provider [e.g. Render, located in the US/EU], which stores this website's data for us.
- Payment providers, only to pay a prize you've won.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep your entry details for [e.g. 2 years] after your last Cup, and prize payment records for as long as the law requires. Data backups are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop using it for marketing. Contact [contact email]. Deleting your details during a Cup removes you from that Cup. You can also complain to your data protection authority [name the authority for your jurisdiction].
